The fruit for this wine was handpicked, destemmed then cold soaked prior to fermentation with wild yeast. The wine was then aged in French oak barrels for 18 months, 30 % new.

Vibrant blue purple colour. Snappy aromatic characters of crushed rosemary, violet and a savoury toasty complexity. The delicate perfume on the nose is in part due to a small percentage of viognier (2.5%) in the blend. The palate is mid weight with a bright fresh acid structure and supple tannin. Enjoy now as a red wine match to spicy and aromatic dishes such as Moroccan lamb.
