The fruit for this wine was grown on the upper terraces of Askerne Vineyard.
The grapes were picked with bunches selected for a medium botrytis infection. The wine was fermented in old French oak barriques then tank aged.

Alcohol 13.5 %
Orange peel and apricot aromas dominate on the nose
with hints of marmalade and spice.
The palate is a luscious blend of dried apricots, marmalade and hokey pokey
with a fine lemon zing.
Enjoy on its own or match with lemon based desserts or strong cheeses.
