The fruit for this wine was predominately grown on the lower terrace of Askerne Vineyard. The wine was made from seven clones of Gewurztraminer. The fruit was hand harvested and sorted 1st April and 1st May 2010. Part of the pick was crushed and destemmed and given skin contact. 85% of the juice was tank fermented and 15% was fermented in old French oak barrels for 3 months.
